
Strategic HR Business Partner

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Human Resources expert to spearhead our regional HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Recruitment: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Learning and Development (L&D): Launch regional Skill Development Centres and design L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, facilitate training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Performance Management System (PMS): Conduct training on PMS and associated policies for the regional team, provide guidance and support on PMS policies and procedures, and ensure timely completion of PMS processes.
- Personnel Management: Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, develop and implement employee engagement strategies, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage housekeeping and pantry operations, procure and inventory essential supplies, and maintain effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
