Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and grievance handling is essential.
  • Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution is critical.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are also essential.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and office tools is required.
