Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Performance Management: Monitor and drive the financial and operational performance of hotel and restaurant assets, leading business process finalization with operating partners, ensuring strategic goals are embedded.
  • Commercial Asset Management: Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and revenue enhancement at commercial developments, overseeing contracts, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Land Bank Development: Drive the development of land banks in key markets, float and manage requests for proposals for architects, contractors, and brand/operator tie-ups, evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
  • Brand & Operator Engagement: Identify and evaluate suitable hotel brands across segments, negotiate agreements and commercial terms, govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with objectives.
  • Reporting & Strategic Input: Maintain management information systems, dashboards, and board presentations on asset performance, support senior leadership in preparing strategy papers, pitch decks, and deal structuring, track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making.
