Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Asset Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assets across various departments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CMDB asset tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain good knowledge of MS Excel to efficiently manage and analyze asset data.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Support asset management activities, including day-to-day updates, asset additions, modifications, and troubleshooting.
  • Raise tickets for service catalog updates and modify existing assets as per user requests.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel: A strong foundation in Microsoft Excel is essential for efficient data analysis and management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors is crucial for success in this role.
  • Asset Management Support: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required to manage and maintain accurate asset information.
