Job Title: IFS Ultimo Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and configuration of IFS Ultimo, a leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ultimo's modules, configuration, integration capabilities, and implementation lifecycle. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of IFS Ultimo modules (e.g., Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Safety Management).\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.\
  • Customize Ultimo workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.\
  • Integrate Ultimo with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, IoT platforms).\
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.\
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.\
  • Participate in upgrade and migration projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

\
  • Proven experience working with IFS Ultimo in implementation, support, or consulting roles.\
  • Strong understanding of EAM principles and Ultimo's functional architecture.\
  • Experience with Ultimo's configuration tools and scripting.\
  • Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).\
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IFS Ultimo certification (if available).\
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, or logistics.\
  • Knowledge of related systems like IFS Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
