Job Overview

Gogh Solutions is a leading provider of Field Service Management solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align application functionality with customer business processes
  • Develop and deliver functional workshops to uncover and document requirements
  • Configure applications to meet specific business needs
  • Lead functional consultants and assist them in achieving performance goals
  • Advise and guide customers on understanding their real needs and offer suggestions using best practice and industry standards

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and solution architects to understand business needs and operational processes
  • Conduct workshops for clients to map and document business processes, use cases, and requirements
  • Assist in completing Business Requirement Document and Solution Design Document outlining project deliverables
  • Structure and execute demos of IFS application for clients and internal team members
  • Provide training, education, coaching, and assistance to team members
  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients
  • Configure IFS application to functional requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IFS releases and developments
  • Participate in IFS upgrades and patches
  • Support pre-sales activities through functional support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, computer information systems, supply chain management, operations management, mathematics, or related field

Must-Have Proficiencies:

  • Strong industry knowledge within the Field Service Management space
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud
  • Experience in IFS App Gen or Aurena or IFS cloud
  • Expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • AS-IS and To-Be Analysis experience
  • Gap analysis, requirement gathering, and rationalization experience
  • Certification from IFS Academy in respective modules (FSM, PSO)
