Community Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead our community strategy and help shape the future of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, culture, and urban life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing our community engine from the ground up. They will design and implement programs that foster engagement, drive growth, and create a strong sense of community across cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage backend systems for onboarding, community rules, moderation flows, and reward programs.
  • Build documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to scale community operations across cities.
  • Work closely with the content and product teams to connect community insights to product improvements, events, or campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WhatsApp-first communities, digital tools, or city-based networks. They should also have experience in organizing offline events, managing contributors, or running community-led initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Hindi + English fluency preferred.
  • Able to think creatively and prototype solutions.
