Job Title

Sought after Building Automation Specialist to lead the execution and management of comprehensive building management systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal plant operations.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of building management systems, HVAC, chiller plants, utility systems, and electrical infrastructure. Proficiency in system design, installation, testing, and commissioning is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning to handover, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Technical Expertise:
  • Design, installation, testing, and commissioning of building management systems, HVAC, chiller plants, and utility systems.
  • System architecture and validation, including BMS, SCADA/DCS, and utility monitoring systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes, such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and National Building Code.
Quality and Safety Management:
  • Implement quality assurance and control checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environment practices during site execution.
  • Conduct factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests for critical systems.
Operations and Handover:
  • Conduct performance testing of chiller plants and building management system dashboards.
  • Optimize plant operation through automation, control strategies, and energy efficiency.
  • Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, and training sessions for facility teams.
  • Support project handover to facility management teams with complete documentation.
