Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools.

  • Design, Build, and Maintain Automation Workflows: Use tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier to create automation workflows that streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Integrate Third-Party APIs: Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Develop Centralized Automation Library: Create a library of reusable automation templates, modules, and playbooks to facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Work with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement automation solutions that drive maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • No-Code/Low-Code Experience: Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.) is essential.
  • API Integrations: Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML) is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems is crucial.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong documentation habits and attention to detail are necessary to build clean, maintainable systems.
  • Programming Knowledge: Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required is beneficial.

Bonus Requirements:

  • CRM Experience: Experience working with CRMs, marketing automation platforms, or internal dashboards is desirable.
  • SaaS Workflows: Familiarity with SaaS workflows, lead gen pipelines, or content automation stacks is advantageous.
