Senior Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, with expertise in Selenium/Playwright and Python/Java programming languages. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure high product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Playwright and Python/Java.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to ensure alignment on quality goals.
  • Identify and cover edge cases early in the lifecycle.
  • Work with automation engineers to improve CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage.
  • Proactively identify quality risks and own mitigation planning.
  • Lead root cause analyses of production issues and drive systemic improvements.
  • Report key quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Automation (80-90% of day in/out).
  • Solid Selenium/Playwright experience.
  • Proficient with Python/Java.
  • Jenkins or any other CI/CD.
  • Experience in API Automation.
