Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

This role is critical in growing our local and national accounts while representing our company's commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Technology and IT sector.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Maintaining accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Technology and IT sector.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Solution Provision: Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

This position offers competitive compensation including base salary plus commission structure.
