Job Title: Senior Technology Partnerships Specialist

Location: Nagpur, India

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT WITH THEIR BUSINESS GOALS AND TECHNOLOGY ROADMAP.
  • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Position the company's IT solutions and consulting services effectively by understanding client technology roadmaps and business challenges.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
