Job Description:

As a Data Team Leadership Specialist, you will oversee the delivery of data analytics projects and prioritize accounts based on strategic importance. Your responsibilities include allocating resources efficiently, analyzing portfolio performance metrics, optimizing resource utilization, tracking project progress, generating reports, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and manage delivery across multiple data analytics projects
  • Prioritize accounts and customer value by ranking projects based on urgency and strategic importance
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor portfolio-wide performance metrics and analyze success and impact of projects
  • Optimize resource utilization to avoid overallocation or underutilization
  • Regularly review project status to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Generate detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting progress, risks, and necessary adjustments
  • Risk management: identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Effective communication framework with all stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and met
  • Evaluate financial planning analysis and budgeting at the project and portfolio level
  • Review delivery teams' performance scorecards and implement process improvements to drive excellence and efficiency gains
