Lead DevOps Migration Specialist

This is a strategic leadership position where you will oversee a business-critical migration program impacting thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and architect the migration roadmap from Rally to Azure DevOps, ensuring scalability and continuity.
  • Take ownership of data fidelity, field mapping, workflows, and process harmonization across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align transformation goals.
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and create cutover & rollback strategies.
  • Drive adoption of Azure DevOps best practices across CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Dashboards, Analytics, and Reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Rally & Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines), with deep understanding of data models & customization.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Agile tool migrations.
  • Expertise in working with REST APIs, data pipelines, ETL/transformation logic for seamless migration.
  • Solid knowledge of security models, RBAC, and compliance-driven access policies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment at the C-suite.
