Job Title: Strategic HR Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Strategic HR Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR MIS function, managing strategic HR programs and projects, while combining strong analytical and reporting expertise with program management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, automation, and governance of HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of workforce metrics, including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, compensation, compliance, etc.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights that inform organizational strategy.
  • Support end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of HR strategic programs, focusing on engagement, digitization, capability building, data compliance, etc.
  • Build predictive models for workforce planning, attrition, and productivity to inform business decisions.
  • Act as the central point of contact for managing all associated leadership presentation materials.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for policy, process, and people decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as Business Analytics or Human Resources.
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR analytics, MIS, or program management, with hands-on expertise in Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Analytics AI tools.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
