Strategic HR Manager


Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience in office administration and operations. They should possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of the Human Resources department, overseeing daily operations and implementing best practices.
  • Preparation and review of HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Development and implementation of fair HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Maintenance of accurate attendance and travel records for the team.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of working experience as an HR intern or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
  • Excellent knowledge of the HR cycle and its application in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results-oriented solutions.
