The organization employs more than 600 people and comprises notable units such as Lady Andal IB School, Sir Mutha CBSE School, and Madras Seva Sadan Higher Secondary School.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with 7-10 years of experience in fundraising for a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure significant donations from high-net-worth individuals, alumni, and philanthropists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to mobilize substantial funding support from influential networks and stakeholders.
  • Create and track target-based fundraising goals, reporting progress through donor engagement metrics to management at regular intervals.
  • Pitch proposals to senior management, high-net-worth individuals, and CSR heads, driving successful closures.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to create impactful presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • A proven track record of securing large-scale donations from high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and grants.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual in Tamil and English).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with adaptability.
  • Familiarity with current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviors.
