Senior Franchise Sales Manager

At Aptech Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:- Management of existing business partners in the assigned region to achieve budgeted numbers.
- Build trust with business partners by providing timely operational support and guidance for building business.
- Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies for revenue generation.
- Track competitor activities and redesign efforts if needed to counter them.
- Manage franchisees and generate revenue.
- Aquisition and activation of new franchisees: prospecting, profiling, appointments, meetings, needs analysis, pitching, closing, processing and documentation.
- SUPport enrollments for franchisees: accompany them on meetings, provide training and knowledge support, assist with any step of their acquisition process as needed.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and adhere to company standards.
- 2-3 years of experience in franchisee sales.
- Graduate/MBA degree.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with self-motivation and result-driven approach.
- Knowledge of regional local language is mandatory.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The successful candidate will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
