Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Equiniti. As a key member of our Customer Experience Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our shareholders, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
