Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Provance Business Consulting Private Limited. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.

Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process.
  • Ability to work in a 5-day workweek with rotational week offs.
  • Language skills in Hindi and English (V5).
  • Shift time: 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm.

Work Environment

You will be working in a WFO environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and develop your skills and knowledge in customer service.
