Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up

Manage customer delivery and order management processes, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service and delivery processes

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Proficiency in SAP order management and Salesforce
