Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Strategist to join our team at Soho Square Solutions. As a Client Success Strategist, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through strategic account planning and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Account Plans: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, expanding Soho's presence and portfolio in the North American market.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 6+ years of proven success in account management within the staffing or consulting industry, with a focus on the North American market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOW and Staff Augmentation in financial services, IT, and technology domains.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Result-Driven: Proven track record of handling similar industry clients and demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, comfortable with remote work and occasional travel.
