Key Account Management Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to establish and maintain strong client relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and provide regular business updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement account plans to increase revenue and expand existing customer bases.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach to domestic and international prospects.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territories, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with consultants and partners to build pipeline and close deals, leveraging industry insights and best practices.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to prospects, effectively communicating product value and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in key account management or related field, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools, with ability to leverage technology to drive sales performance.
