
Senior Sales Manager

This position entails overseeing various aspects of outlet management, including extensive travelling across to outlets, visiting different markets and engaging consumers. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market recee with the sales team, finalizing outlet beats, and ensuring installations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market recee with the sales team to evaluate and finalize outlet beats
- Ensure installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, as well as acknowledgement and clearance of bills
- Finalize beat planning in line with switch promotion plans and ensure deployment of promotional elements and gifts at outlets
- Collate and update TSEs & TLs monthly scores in online and offline portals
- Prepare and supervise contracts for rental outlets and obtain approval from the legal team
- Evaluate and optimize POSMs, display units, and shelf shares for branding and merchandising
- Develop brand communication options across various channels, aligned with brand imperatives
- Coordinate with vendors to oversee execution of signage in the state
- Execute visibility strategies and track their implementation
- Responsible for selecting outlets for implementation, working closely with the sales team
- Utilize outlets as a media vehicle to drive seamless routes to consumer effectiveness
- Coordinate with manpower agencies for activities such as claim settlement
- Evaluate and manage budgets at the state level
- Monitor and report performance to the customer marketing manager, providing actionable insights for improvement
- Provide feedback to regional marketing teams and sales teams based on competitor analysis and performance data
- Train third-party execution forces through on-the-job training and scheduled training calendars
- Induct and train promoters according to incentive schemes
- Maintain alignment between sales teams and marketing activities through regular communication
- 2-4 years of experience in FMCG or Alco-Bev sales
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Strong ROI orientation, vendor management, and creativity are also essential for this role.
