Process Developer Role

We are inviting applications for a key team member to lead and develop process activities, ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain employee data, including weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll payments.
  • Process on-cycle and off-cycle payroll payments, set up general payroll deductions like benefits, W4s, garnishments, etc.
  • Check and update the timekeeping system, handle payroll inputs and reconcile in T A system.
  • Process vacation accruals and reconciliation, reconcile tax reports for employees and employers.
  • Handle customer queries through calls and emails, ensure quality in payroll inputs and handle email queries.
  • Perform regulatory and compliance reporting, proactively identify pain areas in the process and collaborate with the quality team and supervisor to come up with lean ideas.
Required Skills:
  • Commerce Graduate.
  • Significant experience in Accounting and Payroll.
  • Excellent Social Skills and communication skills (verbal and written).
