Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operations Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves day-to-day tasks related to analytical support, communication with stakeholders, financial analysis, customer service support, and accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation across various teams and geographies
  • Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of goals
  • Cultivating deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to develop best-fit solutions
  • Tracking project progress by monitoring activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions

Required Skills and Experience:

• Fluent English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level)

• Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a global environment

• Basic knowledge of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks

• Previous experience in a business analysis or related role is preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com

• Understanding of e-commerce systems and experience with online advertising would be an advantage
