Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing monday.com boards, dashboards, and automations tailored to client needs.

About the role:

You will work closely with clients to translate their business requirements into scalable Work OS solutions through discovery workshops and collaborative sessions. Your technical expertise will enable you to build integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, and monday.com APIs to connect with third-party platforms.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and configure monday.com boards, dashboards, and automations that meet client needs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions through collaboration with clients.
  • Build integrations between monday.com and other third-party platforms.
  • Lead training and onboarding sessions for clients to ensure seamless adoption of monday.com.
  • Analyze usage data to refine configurations and provide recommendations for future enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with monday.com's APIs and hands-on experience with monday.com features.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.

Bonus points:

  • monday.com Work Management Core or Admin Certification.
  • Experience with other project management tools.
