The Strategy & Operations practice is a key area within our Business Transformation Practice, focusing on helping clients tackle business challenges in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and general operations.

A significant focus of our work involves assisting clients in competing effectively in today's digital economy.

Consultants are typically involved in:
  • Understanding, analyzing, and articulating common business processes and decisions
  • Interviewing client personnel, documenting findings, and analyzing results
  • Understanding and articulating major business processes
  • Organizing, documenting, and presenting information logically
  • Gathering, interpreting, and manipulating data in support of assessments
  • Developing client-ready presentations and deliverables (e.g., business flows, business process descriptions, program specs)
Consultants typically possess:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

Effective operation either independently or in a team environment

Outstanding MS Office and data modeling skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Undergraduate degree - business, finance, accounting, or economics preferred

5 years of prior consulting and/or relevant industry experience
