Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 01 year of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to grow within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support business operations by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in process improvements to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
-Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
-Assist in analyzing current business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
-Support the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
-Assist in data collection and analysis to generate actionable insights.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business users.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client-facing use.
-Support project coordination and maintain communication logs, meeting notes, and task tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
-01 year of experience in a Business Analyst
-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and requirement gathering.
-Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
-Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
-Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
