Senior Business Process Analyst

This is a senior-level role that involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design, implement, and refine business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the supply chain planning area and experience working with cloud/SaaS applications.
- Design and implement end-to-end business processes using Kinaxis platform
- Collaborate with process owners/architects/business to refine functional designs and provide inputs for continuous improvements
- Develop functional design and test plan documents for new implementations and enhancements
- Drive technical refinements and liaise with developers on solutions
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- 7 years of experience working with cloud/SaaS applications in a business or equivalent IT functional role, preferably in the supply chain planning area
- 4-5 years of experience using Kinaxis Maestro, specifically in authoring and analytics
- Working experience in the pharma industry is preferred
- Thorough understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/scrum methodology
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
