Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst (Industry 4.0 Software Applications), you will bridge the gap between manufacturing operations and technology teams to define, design, and deliver advanced digital manufacturing solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across engineering, production, maintenance, and IT to gather requirements, document business processes, and ensure the successful implementation of Industry 4.0 software products.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing, industrial automation, or enterprise software domains.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts – IIoT, MES, SCADA/DCS, CMMS, Digital Twin, Predictive Analytics, Asset Management, AI/ML/DL & etc...
  • Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF, downtime tracking.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration tools (OPC UA, MQTT, APIs).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence tools.
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in manufacturing.
