Job Title: Business Process Strategist
Overview:
- As a Business Process Strategist, you will play a crucial role in supporting new or existing client projects, ensuring the successful execution of project goals and objectives within predefined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support in delivery workstreams, including resource creation and tracking.
- Lead projects in the Operations workstream, overseeing the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Map and document processes across all workstreams, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining existing processes.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify waste and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep dives and root cause analysis exercises to pinpoint areas for improvement, working with Workstream OpEx and Leadership to develop and implement solutions.
- Support change management efforts across all workstreams, including communications and training initiatives.
- Develop and oversee project plans within Support functions, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Support implementations and expansions across all workstreams and regions, focusing on resource creation, meeting support, and client-facing updates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Some training in Project Management is also preferred.
- Process improvement experience, including Lean Six Sigma, is highly valued.
- Experience leading client-facing requirements gathering sessions and mapping complex business processes using automated tools like Viso or Lucid Charts is essential.
- Ability to contribute to or lead the development of training materials and deliver training related to business processes is crucial.
- Experience producing process documentation, including workflows, process steps, standard operating procedure guides, and training content, is necessary.
- Strong technical aptitude, consultative approach, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
