Lead Digital Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced digital marketing specialist to drive our online presence across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in managing SEO, paid campaigns, social media, content marketing, and performance analytics.

Prior experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry will be an added advantage.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and brand presence across platforms.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, blogs, and digital assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Suite, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns for higher ROI and lead conversion rates.
  • Work closely with teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager / Specialist.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in healthcare or wellness industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
