Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting clients, and promoting our available properties.
Sales Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Property Promotion: Promote and sell available properties to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintenance and Follow-up
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, performance tracking, and client feedback for management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and sales activity documentation.
- Feedback: Follow up with clients for feedback, post-sale services, and referrals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
Benefits and Remuneration
- Salary Range: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month.
- Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, food provided, health insurance, paid sick time.
