Business Development Strategist

We are UnboundB2B, a dynamic organization seeking highly motivated individuals to drive our lead generation campaigns like MQLs to HQLs and facilitate Appointment Generation. Job OverviewIn this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, qualifying, and generating leads in defined territories (international markets). You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads and set up qualified meetings with clients.
About the Role- Identify and qualify leads in international markets
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings
- Develop and maintain lists of prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams
- Report on lead performance, forecasting, and KPIs
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in international inside sales, demand generation, lead generation, or similar roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work night shifts
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and IT industry trends
Compensation: Our estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
