Technical Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with customers to build a comprehensive understanding of their business and functional needs.

This position involves proposing customized solutions based on your technical expertise and our capabilities in Intellectual Property Support Services and Patent Research & Analytics. Additionally, you will advise and support the sales team in the sale of IP services through secondary research and business insights.

The ideal candidate would have a strong mix of the following qualities:

  • Quick learning ability – A fast learner adept at grasping new concepts and technologies across various cross-domain areas.
  • Creative thinking – Able to innovate and be creative even with minimal input and resources.
  • Problem solving – Quickly use logical approaches to solve real-life and business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business and functional needs.
  • Propose customized solutions based on technical expertise and company capabilities.
  • Advise and support sales team in the sale of IP services.
  • Conduct secondary research and provide business insights to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
