Expert Banking Professional Sought

We are looking for a seasoned banking expert to join our team. This individual will act as an advisor, providing strategic insights and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for back-office processes function.
  • Own responses to request for proposal (RFP), solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for banking offerings.
  • Drive transformation initiatives in client banking operations, including process reengineering, automation, and workflow orchestration.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in banking domain, with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role within a business process services function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory environment.
