Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Volume hiring of international talent.
  • Strategic leadership role with team management responsibilities.
  • Office-based position at Manyata Tech Park in Bangalore.

The Role:

As a dynamic people leader, you will balance strategic vision and thought leadership with execution excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute recruitment strategies and processes for talent acquisition, talent mapping, and talent assessment. You will partner with the business to formulate effective Talent Acquisition strategies that support growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through communication strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct strategic manpower planning for project-specific recruitment within defined time frames and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively develop talent pools or social engagements for future requirements.
  • Meet challenging recruiting targets within agreed timelines while ensuring quality and optimum cost.
  • Maintain a balanced channel mix as per organizational direction and profile targets.
  • Lead a team of recruitment professionals and nurture their growth.
  • Drive automation initiatives in talent acquisition.
  • Promote cost-effective hiring practices.
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements in the talent search process.
  • Review job descriptions and specifications to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Generate monthly MIS reports and review open mandates with rational per candidate.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with recruitment guidelines and processes.

Profile & Experience:

  • Over 11 years of overall experience with 7-8 years in talent acquisition for Voice Volume hiring, including people management expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with bulk and frontline hiring.
  • Experience working in third-party business process services companies is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of BPO dynamics and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
  • Adaptable and organized personality with excellent project management skills and strong business acumen.
  • Experience working in multicultural teams in a global, matrix environment.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems through implementation of systems based on industry best practices.
  • Possession of an MBA/PG degree is preferred.
