
Sales and Partnership Development Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and business development to lead our partnership and acquisition efforts.
This role involves identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and managing relationships with key stakeholders across multiple geographies.
The ideal candidate has first-hand experience building and managing sales pipelines, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly targets for acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability
- Generate leads for partners and channel partners across multiple geographies
- Design, discuss, and close partnership deals; manage entire relationships with partners
- Come up with innovative marketing ideas and set up new acquisition channels
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver business growth and ensure cohesive customer experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years direct experience in online-gaming partnerships and affiliate management
- Experience building & managing sales funnel, achieving monthly targets, and delivering profitability
- Good numerical skills, including calculating cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and customer retention
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
