Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth across all insurance product lines.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
