Sales Growth Strategist

We are Eminence Human Resource Solutions, a dynamic and ambitious company seeking a driven Sales Manager Executive to join our team in India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
