Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that add significant value to our customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create business requirements, user stories, and provide overall prioritization of work. This includes communicating with key stakeholders to clarify requirements and working on go-to-market activities to create a great customer experience.

  • Provide direction to engineering teams to ensure delivery of features that provide significant customer value.
  • Prioritize and coordinate delivery of multiple product features across multiple engineering teams.
  • Translate high-level product features into actionable plans that drive the agile development process.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including customers, sales, and professional services to clarify requirements.
  • Work on related organization enablement activities to create and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead grooming sessions for selected stories, capturing more detailed task breakdowns and estimates.
  • Develop and test specific product features within an assigned engineering team.
  • Communicate back to the product management team about issues, challenges, and risks related to the engineering process.
  • Demonstrate completed product features to internal and external stakeholders.
