We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to proactively drive new product attachment and effective relationships with our largest customers. As a trusted advisor, you will advocate for the customer internally and focus on delivering a positive experience.
The ideal candidate is a customer-centric professional with 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have a proven track record of managing a wide portfolio of accounts and working with Fortune 1000 companies across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to onboard and train Enterprise customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to achieve loyalty and advocacy within their organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
