About the Role

This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify high-value customers for inclusion in the programme.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Ultra-HNI customers to enhance their overall experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that meet customer needs and increase wallet share.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products to customers based on their financial needs and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-Graduation qualification.
  • AMFI Certification.
  • IRDA Certification.
  • NCFM Certification (optional).
  • Customer Relationship Management Certifications from IIM B.
