Role Summary

This role involves driving business strategy, identifying high-value seller accounts, and onboarding them for selling on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop strategic plans, identify key target accounts, align stakeholders, and onboard accounts for selling on Amazon.
  • Business Growth: Drive complex metrics to deliver quicker growth, improve customer and seller experiences, and enable scalability of business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with high-value sellers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Process Excellence: Analyze customer feedbacks, market trends, and key metrics to contribute to feature and program development that accelerates HVS account growth and improves collaboration with Amazon.

A day-to-day basis involves achieving revenue goals by driving strategic conversations, working backwards from account acquisition targets, and implementing growth strategies for named HVS accounts.

About the Role:

This position is part of the Direct Sales team, responsible for onboarding and growing marquee brands and brand partners as direct sellers onto the Amazon marketplace.
