Payment and Billing Associate Role

As a payment specialist, you will play a key part in managing customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify Customer Payments: Accurately verify and record customer invoice payments, ensuring timely updates to our systems.
  • Track Transactions: Monitor and track transactions across various platforms, including digital payment services and cryptocurrency platforms.
  • Manage Disputes: Efficiently manage disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases, minimizing potential losses.
  • Validate Cryptocurrency Payments: Utilize blockchain tools to validate cryptocurrency payments, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Maintain Financial Accuracy: Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records, maintaining the trust of our customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
  • Basic Understanding of Payment Systems: Have a basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Confidentiality and Independence: Be able to work independently and handle confidential data, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Technical Background: Possess a technical background or familiarity with digital platforms, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
Preferred Skills
  • Payment Industry Experience: Having experience in the payment industry, fintech, or digital products is highly desirable.
  • Financial Risk Management: Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management is a significant advantage.
  • Remote Work Experience: Prior remote work experience is preferred, but not required.
