**Executive Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, and facilitating registration and documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating customer registration and other legal-related documentation.
  • Providing exceptional service using MS Office skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Adapting to new AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaising with financial institutions and internal departments.
  • Processing customer accounts and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Meeting time and attendance targets (TAT).
  • Carrying out additional tasks assigned by senior authorities.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, such as AI-powered tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with customer registration and documentation processes.
