Job Title: Enterprise Security Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to own and drive our enterprise-wide security strategy, ensuring resilience, compliance, and trust across our global payments infrastructure.

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will be responsible for defining frameworks for customer data protection, fraud monitoring, and secure payment APIs. You will also align policies and controls with global standards, manage relationships with regulators, banks, and compliance partners, and ensure adherence to AML/KYC/KYT, PSD2, and local payment regulations.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and a strong understanding of the Payments, FinTech, and Web3 industries. Adaptability is key in this role, as both Web3 technologies and regulatory landscapes are constantly evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the enterprise-wide security program for a multi-jurisdiction payments infrastructure.
  • Align policies and controls with global standards.
  • Define frameworks for customer data protection, fraud monitoring, and secure payment APIs.
  • Drive audit readiness and manage relationships with regulators, banks, and compliance partners.
  • Ensure adherence to AML/KYC/KYT, PSD2, and local payment regulations.
