Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen our talent acquisition function.

The role requires building and executing strategic recruitment plans that align with our growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive workforce planning strategies in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Leading the recruitment lifecycle, guaranteeing a consistent and efficient process delivering high-quality talent within defined timelines.
  • Cultivating strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles, conducting ongoing market research and talent mapping for the wellness and beauty sectors.
  • Promoting our employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks, providing an exceptional candidate experience to attract top talent.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.
  • A proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.
  • Strong proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
