Job Title: Zonal Placements Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our campus hiring efforts in a specific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing campus placements, building relationships with corporate partners, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to drive home opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs
  • Hiring Process Management: Own the entire recruitment process lifecycle—job description sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts
  • Industry Engagement: Leverage existing recruiter relationships and networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships
  • Candidate Sourcing: Engage with students and alumni to source top talent for our clients
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and position our learner pool effectively

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college or B-school
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students
  • Results-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes
